Super Bowl 2011 Results, Scores and Game Highlights


The Super Bowl 2011 has already concluded and the Green Bay Packers emerged as the Super Bowl 2011 champion! It was  a nerve wracking moment as Aaron Rodgers has turned the Green Bay packers into the Super Bowl 2011 champions once again. Rodger threw three touchdown passes and Nick Collins returned an interception for another score, thus leading the Packers to an elusive score of 31-25 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.


An MVP performance by Aaron Rodgers and a swarming Green Bay defense made sure of that. Rodgers guided the Packers to their fourth Super Bowl title, throwing for 304 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-25 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.


His last pass of the season hit Mike Wallace in the hands and fell harmlessly to the ground, allowing the Packers to kneel out the clock for their first Super Bowl title in 14 years. Rodgers, finally out of Brett Favre's shadow for good, completed 24 of his 39 passes without an interception, hitting Greg Jennings for two touchdowns and Jordy Nelson for one.


On the 3rd quarter of the game, the Packer is still leading at 7 minute mark. The score now is presently, 21.17 in favor of the Green Bay packers. The Steelers are still confident enough to make it and lead the game against its rival. The first quarter of the game limits only the Steelers to Nil while the Packers gained a big lead of 14 points. On the 2nd round, the Steelers came back but still fell short only giving a 10 score while the Packers easily scored by 7.


The Packers scored 21 of their points off three Pittsburgh turnovers -- including Nick Collins' 37-yard interception return for a touchdown in the second quarter.
